POOL QUALIFICATION PROJECT (NEED TWO):

1.  Must be awarded by U.S. Federal Government
   • stand-alone contract
   • task order awarded under a Single-Award IDIQ or Multiple-Award IDIQ
   • task order awarded under a GSA Multiple Award Schedule
   • task order awarded under a Single-Award BPA or Multiple-Award BPA
2. Under a Pool 1 NAICS Code OR PSC Code for which you can provide proof - FPDS-NG preferred
3. Must submit award document
4. Must provide proof of Period of Performance (Ongoing or completed in last 5 years, must have at least 1 year of performance unless you have a CPAR, an award fee rating or POP was less than one year of performance and is complete)
5. Past Performance rating must meet or exceed 3.00

PRIMARY PROJECT:

1. Must submit a minimum of 3 up to 5 distinct primary projects
2. Must involve 3 out of 6 OASIS SB Core Disciplines - Program Management Services, Management Consulting Services, Scientific Services, Engineering Services, Logistics Services and Financial Management Services
3. Can be U.S. Federal, U.S. State, International Public Sector and non-federal/Commercial projects
4. Must be:
   • stand-alone contract
   • ask order awarded under a Single-Award IDIQ or Multiple-Award IDIQ contract
   • task order awarded under a GSA Multiple Award Schedule
   • task order awarded under a Single-Award BPA or Multiple-Award BPA
5. One of the projects may be a ‘collection of task orders’ awarded under a U.S. Federal Government Single-Award contract or Single-Award BPA ONLY.
6. Must provide award document (or multiple if using a collection of task orders)
7. Must provide proof of period of performance (Ongoing or completed in last 5 years, must have at least 1 year of performance unless you have a CPAR, an award fee rating or POP was less than one year of performance and is complete)
8. Must provide evidence of Annual Project Value (greater than $150k per year with a combined value of $750K or higher)
9. Past Performance rating for each project must meet or exceed 3.00.

SECONDARY PROJECTS:

1. Secondary projects are NOT required
2. NO past performance is required
3. Must provide proof of Period of Performance (Ongoing or completed in last 5 years, must have at least 1 year of performance unless you have a CPAR, an award fee rating or POP was less than one year of performance and is complete)
4. If you have performed in multiple mission spaces and/or have executed Multiple-Award IDIQ or Multiple-Award BPAs with task orders, your secondary projects will be considered more favorably.
