Proposal Volumes
The evaluation process will begin by ranking the proposals in order from highest total claimed score to lowest total claimed score.
The 76 highest scoring proposals, including any ties at the 76th position, will each be referred to as a Preliminary Qualifying Proposal (PQP).
A screening process of the PQPs will commence to verify support documentation for all the applicable evaluation elements submitted into the Symphony.
The evaluation team will then verify that the PQPs have also met all the Acceptability Review requirements in Section M.4 of the solicitation.
If any of the original 76 proposals fails the review, the next in line high scorer will move up for review.
