NASA announced the new due date for SEWP VI Request for Proposals - December 18, 2024.
Tentative Schedule:
- Provide Industry Answers to Current Questions (i.e. all ~6,800 questions received to date)- October 1- 22nd
- Additional Questions Period- October 22-24th
- All Amendments and Answers to any Additional Questions- NLT November 4th
- Industry Day-November 2024
SEWP VI is the follow-on contract to SEWP V.
SEWP is a $60B contract utilized by every government agency.
SEWP V currently has over 140 contract holder of which over 100 are small businesses.
SEWP V awarded over 200,000 task orders, and all but 1 contract holder was awarded a task order.

Level I - SEWP VI Support: Template of the current version of RFP, all updates from the final RFP release date to the final submission date and 5 hours of consulting time. $3500
Level II - SEWP VI Support: Template of the current version of RFP, all updates for 3 months from final RFP release date. $1750
Level III – SEWP VI Support: Current Template Only, no updates. $1250
