ITSS-5 Requirements

Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-5)

On May 12, 2017, an additional requirement was posted" CMMI 2 or 3 and ISO 9001 certification are both now required of the Prime Contractor (small business). No exceptions.

Past Performance Requirements:

1. Must provide 3 directly relevant past or present references (PRIME)
2. Must provide 2 directly relevant past or present reference for each Major 'first-tier' subcontractor
3. Can be commercial or Federal/State Government for IT support services similar in size, scope, and complexity
4. The work must've been performed as a prime, team member or sub
5. The work must've been completed within the last 4 years
6. At least one of the prime's references must reflect participation in a MAC with task order style requirements (IDIQ, GWAC or BPA)
7. Must provide PPQs for each of the 3 prime contractor references provided AND 2 additional prime contractor references that can provide constructive feedback about past performance
8. Each major "first-tier" subcontractor must submit 1 PPQ for one of the references.

*If you have no past performance, you will receive a neutral rating.

PMO Requirements:

1. Prime must have a Washington D.C. metropolitan area program management office, which includes the necessary resources (i.e. technical, management, financial) needed to support the ITSS-5 program
2. Location should be within a 50-mile radius of the Main Justice Building - 950 Constitution Avenue NW.
3. You need to provide the address of the PMO office
4. You need to provide the resources available onsite
5. You need to provide location of staff that may be drawn upon to complete task orders
