GSA Contract Management Service (includes MODs and SIP Uploads)

GSA Contract Management Level 1: GSA Contract management services include the following tasks:
  • Assist Client in meeting all contract administration requirements;
  • Assist Client in answering all GSA communications and advising on contractual issues;
  • Assist Client in executing GSA Mass Modifications;
  • Remind Client of Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) payment requirements and due dates and if requested assist them in submitting the required payments;
  • Update and upload Contract Pricelist to GSA eLibrary via SIP and ensure pricelist is accepted and posted (up to 2 per year)
  • Manage Compliance issues (contract pricelist, Sam record, NAICS, business size); and
  • Draft, upload and manage with data provided by client for two (2) Basic contract modifications per year as required by GSA or requested by Client.
*Does not include Contractor Assessments

Standard GSA Contract Management: GSA Contract management services include the following tasks:

  • Remind Client of Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) payment requirements and due dates and if requested assist them in submitting the required payments
  • Update and upload Contract Pricelist to GSA eLibrary via SIP and ensure pricelist is accepted and posted (up to 3 per year)
