GSA MAS Consolidation Mass MOD Assistance

The purpose of this Mass Modification is to transition all current Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) contracts from the individual 24 legacy solicitations to the consolidated Multiple Award Schedule solicitation 47QSMD20R0001.

Do you know where to begin?  Failure to complete the required tasks correctly can result in invalidating your GSA contract award.

PHASE 3: Phase 3 began on August 1, 2020.  Contractors holding more that one GSA schedule award must consolidate multiple awards to a single contract.

Contractors have two options available to them in consolidating contracts:
Option 1: Select a surviving contract and cancel the others - A series of modifications will be performed to move selected SINs from cancelled schedules into the surviving schedule.

Option 2: Cancel all schedule contracts and submit a new offer under the MAS schedule.

PHASE 2: All contractors holding a GSA schedule contract must accept the MASS MOD and preform the following tasks:

• Revise and update map the prior Schedule to the new Large Category(ies) within price list and SIP data
• Map the old SINs to the new SINs within price list and SIP data
• Replace and incorporate new terms & conditions within price list
• Upload via SIP new price list and contract data
