Directions: Walking from a Local Hotel: Go to the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 7400 Wisconsin Avenue. The front entrance to 3 Bethesda Metro Center is behind the Hyatt Hotel in the Bethesda Metro Center complex (proceed along the north side of the hotel). Enter the 3 Bethesda Metro Center building and take the down escalator one floor to the mezzanine level and proceed to Suite M020.

By Automobile: Our office building, 3 Bethesda Metro Center, shares a parking garage with the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland. Go to the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 7400 Wisconsin Avenue, located in downtown Bethesda. 7400 Wisconsin is located at the intersection of East-West Highway, Old Georgetown Road and Wisconsin Avenue. Visitors enter the Hyatt parking garage from the southbound lanes of Wisconsin Avenue (also known as Route 355). The Hyatt and 3 Bethesda Metro Center have separate elevators located at opposite ends of the garage. Pillars next to the parking spaces and signage throughout the parking garage clearly direct visitors to the appropriate elevators. Once in the garage, use the "3 Bethesda Metro Center" elevators located on each parking level and proceed to M020 on the Mezzanine floor. The daily rate for parking is currently $10.00.

By Taxi: Have the cab drop you off at the Hyatt Hotel at 7400 Wisconsin Avenue. By Metro: Exit the Metro at the Bethesda Metro stop (on the Red Line). Take the metro escalators to the underground bus station (DO NOT GO UP THE NEXT SET OF ESCALATORS TO THE STREET LEVEL). Make an immediate left and walk about 100 yards through the underground bus station. Proceed through the "UNMARKED" 3 Bethesda Metro Center entrance at the far left of the bus stops (UNMARKED GLASS DOORS NEXT TO THE "NEWS MART" SIGN). Take the up escalator one floor to the Mezzanine Floor and proceed to Suite M020.
