- Internet Explorer™
- A phone connection to dial into a toll free number
What you can expect to see/hear during these live events:
- The seminar leader as he/she moves through their presentation
- The presentation materials viewed at the same pace as in the room
- The voice of the seminar leader as he/she delivers the presentation
- You will also be able to interactively participate in classroom discussion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation notification must be received one week prior to the netcast date. Upon notification, your registration fee will be refunded less a $100 non-refundable processing fee. Any cancellations beyond the one week period are non-refundable. You may reschedule at anytime; if you reschedule to attend another seminar, webinar or netcast, we will apply your payment toward your new registration fee. Personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Payment must be received prior to the netcast date. No-shows are liable for the full seminar netcast fee.
