Hartmann Young Bio

Hartmann Young is a partner in Perkins Coie's Government Contracts practice. He represents clients with issues involving litigation and ADR, claims preparation, bid protest cases, government and internal investigations, False Claims Act litigation, suspension and debarment, technical data, and fiscal law issues. He has been engaged in numerous government and internal corporate investigations regarding the False Claims Act and other matters, and provides counseling to clients on matters arising under government contracts.
