Fedmarket offer two options to assist you in completing your OASIS (U) offering:

  • Model Proposal ONLY
    • The OASIS (U) Model Proposal Template consists of all volumes and files formatted according to the solicitation, file formatting requirements and proposal submittal instructions.
    • The files contain file completions instructions and model text whenever possible.
    • Instructions are written by deciphering GSA's overly complex and poorly written criteria for required corporate experience evidence, pool certification requirements, and required contractor certifications for administrative and financial systems.
  • Model Proposal w/Consulting
    • Unlimited hours of consulting service with senior proposal writer.
      • In addition to consulting this option includes proposal review, formatting and compiling your proposal. When you work with our consultants and deliver all requested materials the result of this engagement is a final proposal ready for submittal to the government.
How We Help Our Customers:

Our proposal writing services help you untangle the complex rules about pool qualifications, primary projects, secondary projects and present the material in a compliant way. Our proposal team works with you to organize, review, ensure compliance, answer questions, and explain complicated rules and requirements that are difficult to understand.

We deconstruct each RFP sentence by sentence into a completely formatted proposal model meeting all RFP requirements including volume structure, word specifications (font size, page limits, required forms), due date, and email submittal instructions. The end result is a model proposal that includes all volumes. Our methodical, “reverse engineer the RFP” approach results in a completely compliant proposal while minimizing your efforts.

By following the model proposal outline instructions you are providing evaluators with precisely what they asked for with little-unsubstantiated sales boasting. Our approach provides exactly what evaluators want and minimizes their work. This results in more favorable scores; they like the bidders who provide them with what the asked for in the RFP; nothing more, nothing less.

If you purchase the model only and find you need consulting services and more hands on assistance from our proposal team, you may upgrade, we will credit the full cost of the model toward your full-service purchase.
