Advanced Cost Price Proposal Seminar
Gain hands-on experience with proposal development techniques that improve your ability to manage proposals, reduce work, and create winning proposals.
Many businesses fail to recognize how much can be accomplished before the actual Request for Proposal (RFP) is released. The Advanced Cost Price Proposal Strategies Seminar gives you insight into best practices that, when implemented prior to the posting of the RFP, will dramatically reduce the level of effort required to complete the proposal once the RFP is posted.

The seminar begins with a series of invaluable planning and organizing activities that help get proposal development off to a fast and effective start. Participants will be given an overview of the roles played by, and the responsibilities assigned to, different members of your proposal team. Fedmarket's instructor will also provide attendees with a working framework for bringing your team together in an integrated and efficient manner, regardless of the size of that team.
During the seminar you will learn how to organize your proposal so it is compliant, responsive, and compelling. You'll also learn how to incorporate (i) your winning strategy, and (ii) any insight your sales staff learned about the customer while pre-selling the opportunity into the proposal itself. Students will also learn how to employ visual outlining (e.g., mock-up) techniques that simplify the writing task. Participants will use excerpts from a sample RFP to build a shell proposal and to create an information package for proposal contributors (i.e., your writers).
You leave with the tools and techniques to exponentially improve proposal quality, whether you are writing task order proposals for a current contract or working on a large, complex competitive procurement.
