17.5 Billion Dollar IDIQ for Small Business IT Vendors

Encore III, is large, complicated and important. This will be the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)'s key source for spending $17.5 billion over the next 10 years.

Encore III is a indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract covering the purchase of IT goods and services.

ENCORE III is planned to be two suites of contracts; a Full and Open Competition, and a Small Business set-aside with a maximum of 20 contracts in each suite. Both suites will have the same scope of work.

The government expects to award a minimum of one contract to each of the subcategories SB, HUBZone, SDVOSB and EDWOSB.
