The New EIS Procurement Gives Wired Telecommunications Small Businesses a Break.

Let our experienced proposal writing team ease the pain.

Small business and prime contractors are encouraged to enter into a Small Business Teaming Arrangement, with one or more other small business concerns, and submit an offer as a small business. EIS is a consolidated requirement, and for small business teams competing for consolidated requirements SBA provides relaxed affiliation rules that enable small business team members to maintain their small business status.

A joint venture or teaming arrangement of two or more business concerns may submit an offer as a small business without regard to affiliation as long as each concern is small under the size standard corresponding to the NAICS code 517110 (1,500 employees).

In our view a small business team with the right qualifications and experience could have a political advantage given the government's goal of appearing small business sensitive.

Conversely, the proposal requires you answer nearly 1,000 specific requirements - a proposal writing challenge at best!
