Price Reductions Clause Compliance will help your company avoid potentially significant pricing issues in the future. This course will help you better understand the Price Reductions Clause, how it works and what’s at stake in the event a Federal Supply Schedule contractor fails to comply with the clause. The course will explore several nuances and ambiguities associated with the Price Reductions Clause, and address how Schedule contractors manage these issues. The course will address these topics in a manner that is applicable to both current Federal Supply Schedule contractors as well as potential contractors. While the course will focus primarily on the most common Federal Supply Schedules, such as Schedule 70, the Price Reductions Clause applies to all Federal Supply Schedule contracts including both GSA and VA contracts.
