Mr. Cohen is one of the co-founders of Cohen Mohr LLP. He has over 20 years experience representing companies in all matters concerning the formation and performance of government contracts. He also represents computer hardware, software, and telecommunications companies in civil litigation, record retention and commercial contracting matters. Mr. Cohen has worked with individual companies and trade associations on procurement legislation, and has also counseled clients who are involved in Congressional investigations. He has given presentations on government contract issues to both government and civilian audiences. His bid protest practice includes representation of companies in protests over multi-billion and multi-million dollar procurements, including Computer Sciences Corporation, et al., B-298494.2, et al., May 10, 2007, 2007 CPD ¶ 103 (represented Unisys Corporation); Multimax, Inc., et al., B-298249.6, et al., Oct. 24, 2006, 2006 CPD ¶ 165 (represented Multimax); Emery Worldwide Airlines, Inc. v. Mr. Cohen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania law school.
