Per Day Rental Prices:
  • Seminar/Meeting/Conference Room $500 per day
  • Computer Lab $1,200 per day (0 - 17 computers)
  • Computer Lab $2,000 per day (18 - 34 computers)
  • Continental breakfast, candy and chips $10 per person
  • Lunch $15 per person
  • Continental breakfast, candy, chips and lunch $25 per person

Equipment specifications: Each PC is a Dell GX270 Pentium 4, equipped with a 15" flat panel monitor, keyboard and mouse. Microsoft Office is installed on each PC (Outlook, Excel, Access, etc.) along with the basic compliment of Internet and business software. Individual email accounts can be provided for each user if required for the duration of the training session. Special technical requirements can usually be met and will be considered on a case by case basis. There may be an additional charge if supplementary technical support is provided.

Speaker facilities: Speaker computer, wireless mouse, and projection system

Cancellation policy: A $500 deposit is required to reserve date. If cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to scheduled date your deposit will be returned in full. Full payment is due 1 week prior to event, cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.
