You are a vendor seeking to do business with the Federal government. An RFP will soon be released. Your company must decide how to proceed. The course will focus on:
- Should our company bid as a prime or a subcontractor and what are the potential risks associated with each position?
- What type of relationship does your company have with the procuring agency?
- What type of agreement should we use to initiate the bidding process?
- How do we maintain the confidentiality of our technical, cost/pricing and other proprietary information?
- What type of terms and conditions in a Non-Disclosure Agreement should our company be concerned with?
- How should our company review, negotiate and come to an agreement with respect to the terms and conditions of the Non-Disclosure Agreement?
- What type of teaming, bidding, or alliance agreement should our company use in the bidding process?
- What type of terms and conditions would apply in a Teaming Agreement? Once the type of agreement has been selected, how does our company analyze the agreement from a prime and subcontractor perspective
- If we win the award of a prime or subcontract, what term and conditions shall apply?

Cancellation notification must be received one week prior to the seminar date. Upon notification, your registration fee will be refunded less a $100 non-refundable processing fee. Any cancellations beyond the one week period are non-refundable. You may reschedule at anytime; if you reschedule to attend another seminar, we will apply your payment toward your new registration fee. Personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Payment must be received prior to the seminar date. No-shows are liable for the full seminar fee.
