I wanted to take a few moments to tell you how much I enjoyed the seminar I recently attended. Eileen Kent is excellent and is an asset to your organization. She speaks well to her audience and encourages open participation. She enjoys what she is doing and believes in it. It shows! What a breath of fresh air not to be read to, or shown a power point presentation. I especially found helpful the information, guidance, and discussion regarding GSA.
