The resulting document is the core of all “evaluator friendly” and compelling federal proposals. The process begins with a core or model proposal which is refined over and over resulting in superior content and reduced costs.
The Proposal Architect includes a generic proposal outline if you don’t already have an outline based on past proposals and legacy content.
The Process
The Proposal Architect provides a structured, web-based process for proposal writing. The process begins where all superior proposals start; with a complete deconstruction of the Request for Proposal (RFP). All pertinent information from the RFP is dragged and dropped into a pre-structured, model proposal outline. The process then extracts pertinent legacy content (from past proposals) and customer solutions into the model outline. The result is a detailed and highly structured proposal outline for use by multiple writers.
The goal in using the tool is to develop an outline so detailed that it nearly the first draft of the proposal, less content from technical writers.
Integration with Existing Processes
The Proposal Architect assists Proposal Mangers in producing an RFP compliant outline. An outline tool precedes most existing proposal processes and can be easily integrated with your current processes. The tool becomes an adjunct to what you are already doing.
