Faculty Bios Lee Curtis is a partner with the Washington, D.C. office of Perkins Coie LLP. Mr. Curtis focuses his practice on representing clients in bid protests (including Small Business-size protests), claims preparation and dispute resolution. Mr. Curtis received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Before entering private practice, he served in the Department of Navy's Office of General Counsel representing and advising contracting officers in protests, litigation and investigations involving acquisition and contract administration matters. Allen Cannon III is a partner with the Washington, D.C. office of Perkins Coie LLP. A former intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, Mr. Cannon specializes in various areas of government contact law, fraud and international contracting, the Freedom of Information Act, Service Contract Act, programs for small and disadvantaged businesses, internal investigations, and suspension and debarment issues. Mr. Cannon received his J.D. from Georgetown University. He is a guest lecturer at the George Washington University Law School. Richard Clifford, Jr. is a partner with the Washington, D.C. office of Perkins Coie LLP. Mr. Clifford specializes in various areas of government contact law, including claims preparation and litigation, bid protests, Service Contract Act, suspension and debarment, and technical data and computer software rights. Mr. Clifford received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and is a guest lecturer there. Suzette Derrevere is an associate with the Washington, D.C. office of Perkins Coie LLP. As a member of the Government Contracts Practice Group, Ms. Derrevere focuses on claims preparation, internal investigations, drafting and negotiating prime-sub contracts, and bid protests. Ms. Derrevere received her J.D. from Cornell Law School. Eric Aaserud is an associate with the Boise office of Perkins Coie LLP and a member of the firm's Government Contracts Practice Group. Mr. Aaserud focuses his practice on representing clients in proposal preparation and submission, bid protests, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Perkins Coie, he was Vice President and co-founder of Wood River Technologies, Inc. Mr. Aaserud received his J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law. |
