Requirements Summary for Draft Solicitation

Proposal will be delivered in both electronic and printed form.

1) Must have CMMI Level 3. Pass/Fail element.

2) Must have Top Secret Facility Clearance by due date of proposal

3) Must be an 8(a) or 8(a) Joint Venture

4) Key Personnel (no resumes required):

• Program Manager
• Deputy Program Manager
• Manager of Project Management
• Chief Solutions Architect
• Application Development Manager
• Systems Engineering Manager
• Data Center Operations Manager
• Test Manager
• Information Security Manager

5) PPQs are required.

6) Past Performance (can provide no more than 5) should be:

• Relevant to the work
• Within the last 3 years
• Can be prime or significant subcontractor
• Minimum average annual cost/fee incurred of $6M

NOTE: If you have no past performance, you will be given a 'neutral' rating.
