  3. Do a Fantastic Job (I'll buy from you over and over)
  4. Show You Understand "The Game" (Sometimes I can't choose you)
  5. Don't Protest when You Lose (I'll never let you "inside" again)
  6. Earn My Trust (I don't like risks)
  7. Take Care of Your Employees (So I don't have to babysit them while they're here...)
  8. Make Me Look Good (And I'll share you with my friends at other government agencies)
  9. Recognize that I am powerful (I can say yes or no to you anytime...)
  10. Teach me, train me, help me strengthen my skills (just in case I have to go to the outside world.)
