Proposals for the GSA Veterans Technology Services 2 GWAC (VETS 2) are due on June 6, 2016.

GSA plans to make awards to 70 Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Like the ALLIANT 2 and OASIS GWACs, GSA is using an objective evaluation methodology by using a self-scoring system rather than a subjective scoring of technical and management requirements. (Much to the relief of many who abhor writing proposal narrative.)

Awards are made on the basis of contractual documents that verify experience.
