While at Jivaro from 1997 until 2002, Hankes directed operations of the technical recruiting division in addition to selling Jivaro's services to corporate accounts. During his tenure with the firm, he oversaw rapid revenue growth and business expansion of the company during a declining economy. Before this leadership position, Hankes earned his stripes in technical recruiting and corporate sales at Axis Technologies.
