Product License, Software Requirements, Delivery and Pricing

An enterprise license for CRMFederal provides for unlimited product use within a company. The license is perpetual and includes product updates at no charge. The product will be updated periodically based on user feedback.

The product is web based and uses open source software. Secure servers ensure corporate data protection. Customer based versions of the product are available (see pricing below).

On-line training at your site will be arranged as required or be our guest at The Federal Sales Academy's Capture Planning/Advanced Proposal Writing Seminar. The seminar is based on the principle solutions outlined within the CRMFederal product.

Product Pricing

Note 1
For installation on Customer’s Servers Fedmarket.com will provide all files and database specifications and you may host CRMFederal on your own LAMP enabled server hardware. We recommend that remote sftp/ftp and ssh/telnet and mySql access be granted to our technical staff so that we may assure proper installation because of the complexities of the installation and variation in server platforms. Accounts should be created with remote access privileges for our technical services and may be removed after the installation is complete. It may be beneficial to leave the accounts in place to facilitate upgrades as CRMFederal is a young product and updates are made frequently.

Note 2
Customers may ship or hand-deliver their own servers to us and we will and install all OS and CRMFederal software to assure proper operation of CRMFederal. Upon completion, the servers will be returned using insured delivery for installation at the customer’s site.

Note 3
Fedmarket will provide a server with software already configured. A client need merely IP the machine and add appropriate DNS entries if desired.
