CRMFederal is available in several deployment schemas. Although the basic architecture of the product is built upon a standard LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) platform, it may not be technical feasible or cost effective for every client to host the application in house. For these clients Wood River Technologies, Inc. (Fedmarket.com’s parent company) will provide hosting for any CRMFederal client who requires it. In order to maintain the integrity and security of each client’s data their information will be housed in a distinct MySQL instance. Their database connection parameters will be unique, and the URL they use to access their instance of the product will be individualized to their company: e.g. www.fedmarket.com/CRMFederal/ABCcompany/. This segregation of data and product allows Fedmarket.com to provide each client with individual solutions, and to secure sensitive client data in a manner commensurate with its value.
