The Interactive Approach Writing Tool is a multidimensional database that assists CRMFederal users in preparing a detailed Technical Approach outline. With enough iteration, the detailed outline becomes the Technical Approach itself. The tool forces multiple technical writers to develop content to the same outline and at the same level of detail. The result is consistent content.
Technical writers can work collaboratively on the technical approach from different locations.
The tool also helps technical writers think.
